Refund policy

We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 DAYS TO RETURN, or to exchange the item for something else (as long as it is the same price or lower).

Please package up your order securely to ensure that it is not damaged in it’s return to us. The responsibility and liability of the goods remains with you until we are in receipt of the goods.

We recommend you return by registered post. Goods are returned to us at your own cost.

If you need a refund your account will be credited once item/s are received and are in an appropriate condition.

Sale items are not applicable for a refund and only available to be exchanged or credited with a credit note. 

Returned items must not be worn, soiled or damaged in any way, and must be ‘as sold’.
