Returns

• Unsuitable items must be returned within 7 DAYS from date of receipt.
• All items must be returned in a new, un-worn condition with all garment tags still attached.
• We cannot accept any used items as returns.
• We cannot accept shoes which are returned without the original box or where the box has been damaged in any way.
• In the interest of hygiene, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on pierced jewellery or underwear unless they are unfit for purpose.
• These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Please package up your order securely to ensure that it is not damaged in it’s return to us.
The responsibility and liability of the goods remains with you until we are in receipt of the goods.

We recommend you return by registered post. Goods are returned to us at your own cost.

If you need a refund your account will be credited once item/s are received and are in an appropriate condition. Returned items must not be worn, soiled or damaged in any way, and must be 'as sold'.
